I had a great stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the Alps and a peaceful park for my dog. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering dinner recommendations.

I stayed at Hotel Cavalieri for one night with a rented car. The hotel is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town and offers free parking. The rooms are spacious and clean, with recently remodeled bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast spread was large and varied. The reception staff, especially Neomi, were extremely helpful and provided excellent recommendations for dinner and parking.

The breakfast was good and plentiful by Italian standards. The location is quiet, easy to reach, good parking conditions, and about 20 minutes walk to the old town.

No brochures of the surrounding sights. Better label the restaurant. Some hotel guests were looking for the entrance from the reception. So we went to the pizzeria next door.

I absolutely loved the elegant and cozy decoration of the hotel. The common areas were beautifully furnished, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy ramps and elevators throughout the premises. It made it very comfortable for me to navigate and enjoy the facilities.

I would have loved a better vacation experience if the staff were more attentive to the needs of senior people like me. It would have been great if they were more understanding and helpful, considering our age and possible limitations.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The spacious room was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. We also appreciated the convenience of on-site amenities like room service and laundry service. The hotel's location, close to the old center of town and with easy access to the train station, was perfect for exploring the area. Despite being up on a hill, we enjoyed the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this city.

The 15-minute walk to the city center, especially during the hours when most shops are closed between 12:00-16:00. However, this minor inconvenience was easily outweighed by the hotel's many positive aspects.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful, especially the old man on the night shift who helped us find a taxi in the late night. The room was also clean and the housekeeping was kind and efficient. The room service was very good and the staff even found an open restaurant for us at 1 a.m. on a weekday. The hotel has a special machine for cooking eggs to your preference and delicious croissants. The patio and restaurant offer an amazing view of the Alps.

The room is not as fancy as it appears on the pictures. Furniture is old and the overall design of the room is old. I think this is the case for Italian hotels, no need to blame the hotel.
